Carol Raeburn – Director

As an experienced resilience education practitioner living and working in the Perth area for the last 15 years, I have witnessed the damage that flooding can cause in my local community. Increasing awareness of risk amongst young people has been central to my career as a passionate advocate of water safety messaging.

In my new role as Director of the Scottish Flood Forum I hope to use the knowledge and skills I have gathered from my work in building safer and more resilient communities. I look forward to working with my new team and together we will be there to support you in the event of flooding.
