Carole Hoggan – Admin Support

I am your first point of contact with the SFF when you phone in or email for support. I understand what it is like to be flooded as I have experienced this myself in my own home. Following this I volunteered at the Carlisle Flood Centre before joining the SFF, firstly as a volunteer working with the late Paul Hendy and then as a staff member. I now work closely with Shona our Community Flood Support Manager and am here to signpost you to advice and information to help you get back on your feet after a flood event
