Kasha Jarosz – Community Resilience Manager

Since 2010, I have worked as a Community Development Officer/Worker in such exotic places as Orkney, Moray, and the Scottish Borders. Last three years (2020 – 2023) I was working as a Home Energy Advisor helping people to make their homes more energy efficient.
From that area there was just a small step to move to flood resilience and helping communities and individuals to look at how their properties (and their occupants) can be better prepared to deal with increased risks of flooding.
My desire is to see people getting ready to face new challenges that changing weather patterns are bringing in a more confident and organised ways.
